Saint Supply Subscription Terms

Through Pythagoras LLC and its parent, subsidiary and affiliate entities worldwide (individually referred to herein as the “Saint Supply” or “the Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”), we offer subscriptions of your favorite Saint Supply products so that you do not have to come back and re-order them (each, a “Subscription”). Please review these Saint Supply Subscription Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any Subscription you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew, unless you cancel or we terminate your account.

By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms of Use and Sale and our Privacy Policy (which describes how we collect, use and disclose your data and your consent to such collection, use, and disclosure) and are both incorporated into and are a part of these Subscription Terms.

  1. Monthly Subscriptions.

We offer a Monthly Subscription.  If you elect the monthly subscription you will receive products for which you have elected to subscribe once a month and you will be immediately billed the price for the Monthly Subscription that was set forth when you signed up for the Monthly Subscription.  Subscriptions automatically renew monthly and, unless you timely cancel, you will be charged for the next Monthly Subscription term up to a few days before the next products in your new one-month period are shipped.

  1. Cancellation Policy.

Customers may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. We do not place “holds” on Subscriptions. In order to cancel your Subscription, you must contact us at, select “Cancellation Request” and follow the instructions given. There are no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be effected prior to the billing date of the Subscription renewal, but after receiving the products that were last purchased.

You must cancel prior to the billing date for the next one- month period, but after receiving the final shipment of the current paid Monthly Subscription.

  1. Return Policy.

All Saint Supply purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of Saint Supply products delivered pursuant to a Subscription, and any such products returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Subscription products do not arrive or they are damaged, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within one (1) week of receiving your tracking information. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that orders may take two (2) weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Saint Supply.

  1. Domestic Shipping and Taxes.

Saint Supply offers free shipping through FedEx or USPS.  After your order is placed, please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and 7-12 days for standard shipping.  Once your order leaves Saint Supply’s warehouse, shipping liabilities rest with USPS or FedEx, and we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Missing packages must be filed by the customer. You may file a claim with USPS or FedEx directly.  You will be subject to sales tax in accordance with the laws of your state and local jurisdiction, as well as the policies of our third party payment processors.  We currently charge sales tax only on shipments to California and New York. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Your products may be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation; it is your responsibility to ensure the products can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery.

  1. Data Transfers.

As stated in our Privacy Policy we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.  We also may share your Personal Information with third parties for our marketing, commercial and advertising purposes, subject to your opt-out and other rights as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
